1. OS :It comes with an custom UI which is called as MIUI If you are a advance user then u'll like it, Because it gives too much options to control the device. You can also play normal games like Temple run 2, subway surfers etc n also heavy games like Modern Combat 4, Asphalt7, NFS etc without facing any lagging or hanging problem.I never face any problems like auto shut down or
crashing any apps. There were some problems in starting days but when you update its OS to v43 Globle all problems gets resolved.When I play games this device gets too hot very soon.This is an quit serious issue.
2. PC Suite :
The main feature of this suite is - it gives me the sharing option for using your broadband connection on phone {**Without Rooting **}. Such type of option is not provided by Sony Xperia, Samsung, Nokia etc companies.

3. Camera :
Primary Camera 8MP is very good. The Quality of photos is very nice. Front camera of 1.6MP is also too good.
Redmi Gives a quality camera not like Karbon, Micromax {Except Canvas series}, Xolo etc companies
who wrote pixels more then the original quality.It comes with a L.E.D. flash.It supports video recordingat 1280*720
4. Battery
The battery is 2000mAh which deals with 4.7inch screen. It give a average backup.
when i play heavy games like Asphalt7, NFS etc on full brightness it gives me 3h 50min and in low mode this time increases.
5.Heating - There are too many persons are writing that this phone heats very fast - I agree with this.
6. Audio Video Quality is also very much satisfactory.
7. With WCDMA(3G) / GSM(2G) GSM
850/900/1800/1900 MHz WCDMA 900/2100 MHz Internet speed n surfing experience is very good.
8. Calling feature with Dual microphone noise reduction is too good.
9. Memory : It comes 6 gb internal memory which can be expandable upto 64gb which is satisfactory in this price range.It has 1 gb ram but most of the Ram is wasted in managing background apps only about 250 mb ram is available.
10.Processor:It comes with an 1.6 GHz + MSM8228, Quad Core which is superb in this price range.
